Great stay! Perfect for 3 families with smaller children. Had a wonderful experience. Communications with the host was timely and accurate.

Communication was smooth. Place was very nice and accommodating. It was perfect for our large group.

Great location between downtown Denver and the mountains.

Very nice and spacious. It had everything we needed. There were lots of old apples on the ground in the backyard from the 2 apple trees. We had to rake them away so that no-one would slip on them. The only other issue was that the gas fireplace in the backyard was out of gas, and none could be found in the garage.

A well-kept and stylish property, but more suited for a smaller group. Positive: The property had everything we needed – it was well-furnished, nicely decorated, and equipped with essentials. The host was always available on chat and super quick to respond, which we really appreciated. Negative: That said, the space felt much smaller than the photos suggested. The rooms and backyard were more compact than expected, and the backyard lighting wasn’t sufficient. With 14 people, the living room felt cramped, and having only 3 bathrooms was a bit challenging. We also couldn’t access the garage, and while the host was responsive through Booking.com, it would’ve been nice to have an easier way to coordinate setup and requests.
