BespokeBnB Booking Terms

This booking site (book.bespokebnb.com) is operated by BespokeBnB for reservations at our vacation homes. By completing a booking, you agree to these booking terms, the policies shown during booking and the house rules for the home you reserve.

Your reservation

The guest who makes the booking is responsible for everyone in their group and for the group following these terms and the home's house rules. The number of guests on your booking must include everyone staying, and your group must stay within the home's occupancy limits and any limits set by local regulations.

Price, payment and cancellation

Your total is itemized during booking before you pay. The amount due, the payment schedule and the cancellation policy that apply to your reservation are shown during booking.

Security deposit or card authorization

A refundable security deposit and/or payment-card authorization may be required where disclosed during booking. The applicable amount and process are shown as part of your reservation.

Pets

Pets are allowed only at homes that state they accept them, within the limits and fees shown for that home. Pet fees are added during booking.

House rules

Parties and events are not permitted. Guests must follow the home's house rules, including quiet hours, parking, smoking and any local short-term rental requirements.
