BespokeBnB Privacy Notice

This booking site (book.bespokebnb.com) is operated by BespokeBnB and powered by Hostaway. This notice summarizes how we handle information you provide when you book.

What we collect

When you book, you provide details such as your name, email address, phone number, billing address, number of guests, any special requests and your payment details. Like most websites, this site also receives basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser type.

How we use it

We use your information to process and manage your booking and payment, to send confirmations, check-in instructions and messages about your stay, to look after our homes and guests, and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. We send offers only if you choose to receive them.

Who we share it with

Booking information is processed by Hostaway on our behalf, and card payments are handled by our payment processor; we do not see or store your full card number. We share information only as needed to run our business and look after your stay, and with authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop marketing emails, by writing to hello@bespokebnb.com.
